Last season’s top three female climbers were Emilie Fleten, Kati Roivas, and Magni Smedås, in that order from first to third. On the men’s side, the podium finishers were Johan Hoel, Thomas Ødegaarden, and Thomas Bing. The Climb competition is particularly interesting because many skiers do not focus on it early in the season. However, as the winter progresses and points accumulate, it can often become a primary goal for some athletes.
